Go under Settings > Posts, comments and sharing and select Show word verification. If you participate in Blog Hops, you might reduce your number of comments (if that is important to you) because it may be perceived that you are making it more difficult for people to comment. I try to always use the features in Blogger to try to keep the administration of my blog focused mainly on writing posts. You may find captcha plugins for your blog via your favorite search engine by searching for blogger captcha options.<br /><br />Rather than turning on a word verification, I opted to approve comments.
