Retiring Stamp Sets Blog Hop

Welcome to the CTMH Retiring Stamps Blog Hop. Today we are featuring stamp sets that are retiring from Annual Inspirations 2016-2017 on July 31. On this hop here are almost 20 bloggers sharing projects they created with a retiring stamp set. I created a birthday card using Wise Guy Birthday. I wanted a pattern on my card front, but I wanted something more subtle than what I had in my paper stash, so I inked my embossing folder (the bumpy side) and debossed my paper. If you look carefully, you will see some ink of the flat surface too, but I think it looks a bit watercolored. I added Liquid Glass to the candle's flame and to the tassel and trim on the party hat. I used both 3-D and Thin 3-D Foam Tape on the Cricut® cuts to create dimension.

I used all of the Cricut® compatible stamps in this set. I carried the colors and patterns to the card inside

This was a fun card to create. Fun fact, you may not know that this stamp comes in French and Spanish versions (links to them below).
