More Monogram Crest with Farmhouse Alphabet Cards

Last week I shared two cards that I created using the Hostess Rewards Stamp Sets Monogram Crest and Farmhouse Alphabet. Today I have two additional cards I created using those stamp sets. This time I used a new paper which is available in Seasonal Expressions 2; on one card I featured the darker side of the Heather and Bashful cardstocks and on the other card I featured the lighter side.

I also looked through the Cricut cartridges exclusive to Close To My Heart and found an image that would nice to create a focal point for the crest.

• I rotated the image 90 degrees, ungrouped the image and deleted the top layer, unlocked the image to change the proportions and used the Slice feature to create a two-layer frame; my Design Space link is here (with two frame options) if you would like to use it
