Hello Darlin Cardmaking Workshop Project 4

It is so hard for me to believe that one week from today is July 3. How did that happen? Where did June go? I bet all of the parents with school-aged children are wondering that too. We need our work days to fly by fast and our time away from work to only move at half speed. Thank goodness I finished this card workshop a few weeks ago; I did not have any time to craft the past few days.

Hello Darlin Cardmaking Workshop Project 4

Like Project 3, with this card I auditioned both the front and back of the Hello Darlin paper to see if I liked the striped or stars side better on the card front. When I used striped side I made sure to rotate it so the stripes did not fall the same place on all cards. This is a time I wish I did not do all of my stamping before attaching the background papers as I would have stamped the star on the card in the lower right with Sapphire ink.

While the instruction guide included with the kit, indicates to use the Happy Birthday stamp, I used Celebrate on one of the cards just to make it a bit different.

Even though the changes I made to the cards in the Hello Darlin Cardmaking Workshop were minor compared to what I did when creating the Hello Handsome Cardmaking Workshop, I hope you can envision some tweaks that you can make to the cards to make them uniquely from you.
