A Bushel & a Peck CTMH SOTM Blog Hop

Welcome to the June 2018 SOTM Blog Hop featuring the stamp set A Bushel & a Peck. This month there are approximately 20 Consultants sharing projects they created with the CTMH Stamp Of The Month. Our blog hop is circular so visiting the next blog will take you back to where you started.

You should have arrived here from ***Melissa Robinson's My Heartfelt Sentiments***. If you get lost along the way, Melinda Everitt keeps a list of participants on her blog at If You Bling It.

Since the images make me think of fall it was a little hard to create while it was so hot, but the girl is so cute which made it easier.

I tucked the sentiment into the fold.

And I layered a rolling apple on top of the "swoosh of wind" stamp.

I thought about creating a double-Z fold card, but did not want the extra layer to cover any of my stamped images. Also, many of the patterns I saw online used a 12" strip of paper and I wanted my card to fit into a standard envelope that comes with the White Cards & Envelopes Value Pack, so I modified the card size a bit. This is the card base I came up with:

While I did not cut my card base using the Cricut® Maker or Explore, I did mock up the card in Cricut® Design Space. You will find my file here if you would like to use it.

Before you head to ***Michelle Loncar's Show and Tell, with Michelle***, the supplies I used to create my project are listed below.

All supplies are from Close To My Heart except where noted:
If you are not already working with a CTMH Independent Consultant, you may purchase all of the supplies I used at my Consultant website.

I love to hear what folks think about the items I create. If you have a little time, please leave a comment letting me know what you think of this idea. I hope you are enjoying the projects created with A Bushel & a Peck — the June Stamp of the Month.

So you do not have to scroll back up, the next stop on the hop is ***Michelle Loncar's Show and Tell, with Michelle***. Thank you for hopping with us!
