Better Late Than Never? What's New October 2026

Hello! I hope you have been having a great October 2026 so far. If you are having similar weather as we are in the Finger Lakes area of New York State, you are enjoying some mild weather which is perfect for getting the yard and house ready for the winter months.

I have been spending my days cleaning up and preparing for colder and snowier weather. For example, one day I cleaned of the outdoor cat's heated houses (he showed up as a very shy, skittish cat around Christmas 2024, likely too timid for adoption), then I moved 100 bags (2 tons) of wood pellets into our basement and I started on cleaning our deck from summer plants. I have been falling asleep while watching the news and having dinner. Every day has a list of chores with no crafty time in sight.

Kit Collections

There are two new kits this month: Festive Plaid Pop-Outs Kit, which creates 10 cards and tags, and Christmas Companions Kit, which creates 10 card with red foil accents.

I'd better post this before I write something incoherent as I am falling asleep at the keyboard. Enjoy the rest of your October. I hope to be back earlier in November if yard work does not get the better of me.
