This video, Cricut® Artiste: One Size Fits All, shows how elements are linked (see color coded images) so everything is cut proportionally for assembly. It also discusses Real Dial Size which can sometimes be confusing.
The CTMH description for the video reads "Discover how to create multiple-piece projects using the Close To My Heart Cricut® Artiste cartridge. You no longer have to size each individual piece—the Cricut® machine cuts the pieces to fit one assembled size of your choice!"
My cartridge is still with the shipping company - I guess I am too impatient as it shipped the business day after I ordered it. You cannot do better than that. I still am hoping that the tracking information is wrong and that it will arrive a day or two earlier than estimated. I am a "glass is half full" kind of person (usually that is).
