October 2018 CTMH News

Welcome! This is my favorite time of year. The colors, the smells, the harvest (well around here there is not a lot of fruits and vegetables left to harvest), the temperatures. All wonderful things in my opinion. I hope you enjoy this time of year too.

The October 2018 Stamp of the Month is Thanks & Giving.

Thanks & Giving (S1810) is an exclusive D-size set of 16 stamps that is only available for purchase during the month of October 2018. The stamp set can be yours for $5 when you place an order of $50 or more in qualifying Close To My Heart products (and you qualify for additional sets at $5 for each $50 you spend). Alternatively it is available at $17.95. Recommended CTMH My Acrylix® Blocks for this stamp set are: 1" x 1" (Y1000), 1" x 3½" (Y1002), 2" x 2" (Y1003), 1" x 6½" (Y1005) and 2" x 3½" (Y1009).

October 2018 - Holiday Sparkle

October through December 2018 - Advent Calendar

Did you notice the Advent Calendar on page 54 of Holiday Expressions? CTMH created an Advent Calendar Bundle (CC101814) that includes the patterned paper and cardstock needed to create the calendar: ‘Tis the Season paper packet and 19 Cardstock sheets (2 Candy Apple, 1 Fern, 2 Linen, 13 New England Ivy, and 1 White Daisy).

Additional items are needed to complete the Advent Calendar as shown:

I first posted about this workshop on September 25th, please visit that post for photos of each page you will create if you follow the Workshop Guide. The base kit includes the basic materials to create the pages; if you want to create the pages exactly as shown, you will need some additional items which are listed in the flyer.
