You should have arrived here from ***Joyful Creations by Joyce Houck***. If you get lost along the way, Melinda Everitt keeps a list of participants on her blog at If You Bling It.
While I think this stamp set would also make beautiful Christmas Cards and Christmas is less than eight weeks away, I am not really to throw myself into Christmas card making just yet. While our fall colors have not been as awe inspiring as most people would like, there are some trees just reaching their peak. This is the view I am lucky enough to have from my office window; it is too bad I cannot just stare out the window and daydream.
Inspired by the colors I inked the leaves with a variety of colors and then matted with the colors I wanted to highlight.
I stamped the sentiment using Espresso. I wish I selected black. Of course it was the last of my stamping and the one thing I stamped without the Platform so at the late hour I was working I did not want to try to re-stamp – having clear stamps makes it easier, but clear stamps do not compensate for nervous and potentially unsteady hands.
