Please click on the image if it is too small to read; if you would like a PDF of the recipes, you will find it here. I was inspired by the card.
I did not have any of the Fern zip strip remaining so I created my own with Fern cardstock and the Leaves embossing folder. I used a nail file to sand the raised images to expose the white core of the cardstock. I also choose to not fussy cut leaves from the patterned paper and instead used the Falling for You Cardmaking Bundle. The recipe does not list what was used to color the images so I choose the ShinHan™ Touch Twin™ Markers.
All supplies I used to create this card are from Close To My Heart:
- My Acrylix™ stamp sets: September 2017 SOTM Feel So Blessed Stamp Set (S1709)
- Falling For You Paper Packet (X7223B)
- 12" X 12" Cardstock: White Daisy (1385), Fern (X5960), Pebble (X5955)
- 5½" × 4¼" White Cards & Envelopes, Value Pack (X254)
- Exclusive Inks™ Stamp Pads: Fern (Z2850), Pebble (Z2833), Charcoal (Z2831)
- Black Memento™ Ink Pad (Z899)
- ShinHan™ Touch Twin™ Markers: Golden Yellow (Z2452), Marigold (Z2457), Carmine (Z2448)
- adhesives: Adhesive Runner (Z3372)
- Embossing Folder: Leaves (Z4032)
- Thin Cuts: Falling for You Cardmaking Bundle (Z4041)
- embellishments: Gold Pearls (Z3371)
- Cuttlebug (available at Level 1 of Hostess Rewards; see page 4 of Annual Inspirations 2017-2018)
- Supplies not from Close To My Heart: Scotch Quick-Dry Adhesive, nail file, glass cutting mat and craft knife
- Small Page Cutout ― #M4607A ― page 38 ― height 5″ ― Shift+PhotoMat2 <!> ― I used the slice, weld and hide contour features in Design Space to make the binding holes closer together and move them to the other end of the page and to add a score line
- Circle ― #M46F6E ― page 38 ― height 1¼″ ― Shift+Border <TeamWork>
Thank you for sharing... i was looking at the cartridge and was tring to figure out how to change the page orientation. Now that I am back working, I do not get the time to play around on Design Space like I did this summer.
