I have been wanting to try "Chevron pattern with a twist!" which was shared in this Close To My Heart YouTube video from about a month ago:
I had planned to create something with all of the new colors, but I was not happy with how it was working out, so I decided to concentrate on the new colors featured in Every Little Thing. Of course I had to mix it up a bit and put my own touches on it.

I stamped using the VersaMark ink onto Vellum Paper then I heat embossed. The sentiment is from the new Sentiments by Melissa Esplin.
I used Glue Dots® Mini Dots to attach the Vellum piece to my card then I used Black Diamond Stickles™ Glitter Gel to embellish and hide the glue dots.

ReplyDeleteLove the way this turned out - it’s a technique I definitely have to try myself. The colours are perfectly mixed the way you set them up. The flowers on top are such a beautiful finish.
