I hope you had a fabulous December holiday season. Unfortunately I was ill throughout the season. My family was kind enough to have Christmas dinner on the 28th, but I continue to feel crummy as I write this. I am beginning to wonder if it is time to visit the physician. I truly hope you and your family are able to avoid this bug.

January 2020 brings us a beautiful Stamp Of The Month: Everyday Magic.

Everyday Magic (S2001) - CTMH SOTM January 2020

Everyday Magic (S2001) is an exclusive D-size set of 10 stamps that is only available for purchase during the month of January 2020. The stamp set can be yours for $5 when you place an order of $50 or more in qualifying Close To My Heart products (and you qualify for additional sets at $5 for each $50 you spend). Alternatively it is available at $18.95. Recommended CTMH My Acrylix® Blocks for this stamp set are: 1" × 1" (Y1000), 1" × 3½" (Y1002), 2" × 2" (Y1003) and 2" × 3½" (Y1009).

January is National Papercrafting Month. To recognize this event CTMH created All Around Creativity. The special is a wooden wreath kit with two double-sided patterned papers, die-cut flowers and leaves with a paper bow. Choose from four different sentiments, select the patterned paper, embellish with any combination of the flowers, leaves and bow to add to your home décor.

I first shared details of Oh My Heart in mid-December. Oh My Heart features an exclusive paper packet, coordinating cardstock and stamp set. Bring Back My Pack — Urban became available on December 1, 2019; I shared details on a December 2 post. Urban was originally available in Annual Inspirations 2015-2016 when the featured colors were Champagne, Colonial White, Peacock, Saddle, Saffron, Sapphire, Slate, Whisper. With this reboot the featured colors are now French Vanilla, Peacock, Pewter, Saffron, Sapphire and Toffee. With the updated collection you can purchase the papers with or without a new sticker sheet. There is also a new stamp set and a Workshop Guide which will walk you through creating one single-page and three double-page layouts and five cards. By popular demand, the Can’t Get Enough—E1053 stamp set, which was originally only available to the attendees of the Fall 2019 CTMH Album Retreat, is now available on my Consultant Website. It is available immediately and will be available for the foreseeable future. The Corporate Office will let us know when this stamp set will be retired.

We new have an Intense Black Re-inker (Z7518). This re-inker is designed to refresh the Intense Black Exclusive Inks™ Stamp Pad (Z4189). The Intense Black Stamp Pad is recommended for use with watercolors and alcohol markers.

The new year brings us a new catalog with three new paper packs: Spruced Up, Celebrate Today and a Mix-in to coordinate across collections. With the new papers there are new Scrapbooking and Cardmaking Workshops, new stamps and Thin Cuts and some new embellishments. I will share many of the new items over the next few days or couple of weeks as time permits. There will be a new product blog hop in mid-January; please visit then to see what I create.
