The video tells us a little about Picture My Life™ such as there are 8 different options. Each program comes with 122 double-sided cards in 3" x 4" and 4" x 6" sizes. They also come with a 12" x 12" cover page which I think of as a "title page" introducing what your Picture My Life™ scrapbook is about. Themes for the Picture My Life™ programs range are childhood, family, sports, summertime and beyond. If one side of a card does not fit with the theme you have in mind for that program, chances are the reverse side of the card will work well.
